It was made in late autumn 2010 in a period of much rain and fog. Everytime I got home from my dayjob in the kindergarden, I would grab a cup of coffee, a plate of bread and haste up the stairs to my corner of microphones, cable mess and instruments stuffed in everywhere. I often felt cold and packed myself inside several layers of warm clothes while I starred at the thick rain outside and once in a while turned a knob or adjusted a fader. usually I don't spend as much time on one track as I did with pavla. but it became a kind of meditation which allowed for a slow progress to be joyful and pleasant. the name is an abbreviation of "prøver at være lidt alternativ" which means "trying to be a bit alternative". It's a kind of personal reference because I tried hard to make something that was different to the previous things I had been doing - which I believe succeeded.
